HOCKEY TOURNAMENT YEAR 5/6

PLEASE NOTE: This is not the Year 5/6 Winter Tournament on Tuesday 25th August. This form is to be completed for the following Year 5/6 students only; Harper King, Siddharth Sharma, Kera Rangitaawa, Eben Robinson, Rubi Roelofs, Calla Boon, Kian Keogh, Izzy Smith and Leon Croll only. Venue: Tauranga Hockey Centre, Blake Park, Mount Maunganui.

Date: Tuesday 18th August (postponement Thursday 20th August)

Time: 9.00am-2:30pm. Meet at school at 8.00am at the earliest, return to school at 3.00pm at the latest. A draw will be released close to the tournament date with start times and finishes times which will confirm the leaving time and return time for students.

Cost: $7 per player.

Equipment: Mouthguards, sticks and shin guards are compulsory. You will also need your Taumata PE top if you have one, warm clothes, food and drink for the day. Apart from the Taumata sports shirt you DO NOT need to wear your Taumata uniform.

Parent Help: Please volunteer to help if you can. I will ask some Year 7/8 Taumata hockey players to umpire, but this is not guaranteed.
