REGISTRATIONS CLOSE ON FRIDAY 27 MARCH

Venue: TO BE CONFIRMED. Haumaru Sports Centre (old Warehouse building on Cameron Road) OR Mercury Baypark Arena. Taumata School will request games at Haumaru Sports Centre.

Date: Friday 8 May - Friday 28 August. Game times will vary and a draw will be available each week.

Fees: $190.00 per player + $5.00 levy to be paid directly to Tauranga Basketball Association when registering your child (to be paid once per year only - will not pay if played 3v3 basketball in Term 1)

Year 5-6: There are five players on the court for Year 5-6. We require a minimum 6 players to register a team and will have a maximum of 9 players in a team.

Mouth guards are COMPULSORY for Year 5-6 and children will need to purchase one.

A, B, C, D, GIRLS grades available depending on entries.

A coach is required for basketball to help the players on court as well as helping them with the rules and sub players on and off the court to ensure fair playing time for all players.

A manager will help keep the team informed of the games/practices.

Some teams will organise a practice before school, at lunchtime or after school and it is over to the team to organise this. Hall bookings can be made through the sports coordinator, [email protected]
