Girls Playing Sport Day

WHO:  Year 4-6 girls that enjoy sport and want to try some sports (Not Competitive! Have A Go)

WHEN:  Thursday 12 March from 9.00am-2.30pm (leaving 8.15am, returning 3.00pm). PLEASE NOTE the postponement date clashes with the Ohope Camp so we will not attend. You will be refunded if the day is postponed/cancelled.

WHERE:  Blake Park, Netball Courts and surrounding sports facilities, Mount Maunganui

COST:  $8 per person

SPORTS:  Kids will play basketball, flag football, golf and other activities.

REGISTRATIONS CLOSE ON Monday 2 MARCH AT 12.00PM OR ONCE REGISTRATIONS ARE FULL (MAXIMUM 21 ENTRIES). THIS FORM WILL NOT WORK AFTER 21 REGISTRATIONS.

Some parent help from police vetted parents will be required to transport students to and from the event as well as helping to supervise during the day.

Each team needs to provide a supervisor for the day so please volunteer to help. It is a social day and lots of fun for the kids, but we need parent help to make it work.

Each school is limited to three teams so it will be a first in, best dressed if we are oversubscribed. Preference may be given to children whose parents can help transport/supervise also as without them we cannot attend. This form will not work after 21 submissions.
