Payment must be made for those students who have confirmed registration of interest for the 2025 Mataatua Kapa Haka Regionals on Thursday 19th June 2025.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
PAYMENT:
We are no longer able to accept direct payments into the School Bank Account for user pays activities. All "user pays" activities for 2025 are loaded onto the School Website Online Shop under "ACTIVITIES". This form must be completed by FRIDAY 13th June 2025. Note that if payment is made into the School Bank Account in error that it will be refunded to you and then payment will need to be made correctly through the School Website. No late payments will be accepted. Once you have confirmed payment we are unable to offer refunds/transfers as confirmation will be provided to Service providers.

Please make payment by the CLOSING DATE of FRIDAY 13th June 2025 to ensure that your child can be registered to attend Mataatua Kapa Haka Regionals. You will NOT be able to register after this date because the form will not be available on the School Website after 13 June 2025 as we are required to make confirmation with Service providers. You are only able to give permission, pay and register using the School Website Online Shop.

NOTE: Please ensure that any outstanding Tech Fees applicable to Year 7/8 on Hero accounts are paid as soon as possible so as not to impact participation in other "user pays" activities registered through the School website online shop.
