REGISTRATIONS CLOSE TUESDAY 28 JULY, HOWEVER, THE EVENT IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST 1,500 ENTRIES IN TAURANGA SO IT IS A FIRST IN, FIRST SERVED EVENT

PLEASE NOTE: This form is to coordinate transport to and from the Tough Guy/Gal Challenge. Registration and payment is done directly through the event website FIRST and then complete this form.

Please make sure you select the TAURANGA event, include TAUMATA SCHOOL on the entry and select THE TEACHER WILL PICK UP THE RACE NUMBER. 

WHO:  Year 3&4, Year 5&6 and Year 7&8 Divisions

WHEN:  Tuesday 28 July 

WHERE:  Bay Park, Mount Maunganui (outdoor event)

COST:  $32.50 per participant

PARENTS:  Taumata School will try to coordinate transport to and from the event and provide supervision, however, transport available will be based on police vetted parents requests first and then on a first in, first served basis. Police vetted parents will be able to list other children that they can transport OR state the number of children they are able to transport in addition to their own children.

PLEASE NOTE:  As transport is not guaranteed, you should have a plan B in place to get your child to and from the event so they do not miss out.
